Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return shipping is free of charge. Please do not send items back without contacting us first – returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@hackathoner.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.

Your item must be in the same condition as received – unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
